Iran, nuclear talks with 3 European States

EN : France, the UK and Germany, are proposing to Teheran to resume nuclear talks, for the Iranians to avoid the 2015 agreement « SNAPBACK » mechanism, in October. Economic sanctions will be restored against the Iranian regime if they fail to meet their obligations, mainly the AEIA controls of their sites and equipment. The « stick and carrot » strategy as it is played by the US who bombed the Iranian nuclear facilities, but are still open for negotiation with a zero level uranium enrichment, unacceptable for the regime…..

FR : La France, le Royaume-Uni et l’Allemagne proposent à Téhéran de reprendre les négociations nucléaires en octobre afin que les Iraniens puissent éviter le mécanisme de « SNAPBACK » de l’accord de 2015. Les sanctions économiques seront rétablies contre le régime iranien s’il ne respecte pas ses obligations, notamment le contrôle de ses sites et équipements par l’AEIA. La stratégie de la carotte et du bâton, telle que pratiquée par les États-Unis, qui ont bombardé les installations nucléaires iraniennes, reste ouverte à la négociation avec un enrichissement d’uranium à zéro niveau, inacceptable pour le régime…
